There is more of you underneath the schedules, expectations, roles, and endless list of things that need handled.
More play. More pleasure. More courage. More curiosity. More life.
These retreats are an invitation to step outside the version of you who keeps everything running and enter a beautiful, thoughtfully created experience where you don’t have to plan every detail, take care of everyone else, or know exactly what you need.
You only have to say yes and show up.
Add me to the retreat first-access list

I want us staying somewhere that makes you stop when you first see it.
I want shared meals that turn into real conversations. Adventures that wake something up in you. Space to laugh loudly, sleep deeply, move your body, stare at an unbelievable view, and remember that your life is allowed to feel fucking good.
There will be intention here but not pressure.
You will not spend three days sitting in a circle excavating every painful thing that has ever happened to you. We may talk about the patterns that keep us small. We may notice what happens when you let yourself receive, take up space, or try something unfamiliar.
But we will also swim, explore, eat, laugh, rest, and actually enjoy where we are.
Because joy can change you, too.
Sometimes you don’t need to think harder about your life.
You need to leave the environment where you keep becoming the same version of yourself.
A different view, a new adventure, unfamiliar sounds, shared laughter, movement, nature, and being surrounded by women who are also willing to say yes, these things interrupt our usual patterns. They give the body new information and create room for something different to emerge.
The destination gets to do some of the work.
The experience gets to move you.
And I’ll be there to help you notice what opens.

Every retreat will be different because every place will give us something different to work with.
But you can expect some combination of:
This isn’t about packing every hour.
It’s about creating the kind of space where life can reach you again.

Because I know how to create a room where women can exhale without disappearing.
I know how to notice what is happening beneath the words, shift the energy when something feels stuck, ask the question that opens a door, and help someone experience herself differently without turning every meaningful moment into an emotional excavation.
I’m also someone who wants the good dinner, the wild story, the ridiculous laughter, the beautiful room, and the adventure we’ll still be talking about years later.
My role is to choose the space, shape the rhythm, bring the right women together, create moments that matter and then leave enough room for the place, the group, and the unexpected to become part of the story.

I’m imagining an intimate long weekend for a small group of women in spring 2027.
A breathtaking mansion within driving distance of York, Pennsylvania. Three nights away. An indoor pool, sauna, hot tub, cold plunge, fireplaces, incredible views, shared meals, experiences that bring us together, and enough room to wander off and breathe.
Luxurious but still real.
Intentional but not heavy.
Meaningful but also really fucking fun.
The location, dates, room options, pricing, and payment plans will be released once everything is confirmed.
The women on this list will hear first and receive the first opportunity to choose their rooms.
You don’t need to know anyone else going.
You don’t need to decide today.
You don’t need to prove that you “need” a retreat badly enough to deserve one.
Add your name if some part of you felt more alive while reading this.
I’ll let you know where we’re going next.
